Step 1.For medium to long hair, detangle the hair to remove impurities and then wet it.
Step 2.Take 1 to 2 pumps on the palm of your hands.
Step 3.Distribute over the entire scalp, taking care to lift the hair to make sure the shampoo is evenly distributed.
Step 4.Gently rub each area of your head with your fingertips. If necessary, moisten the head again to increase the emulsion.
