About IYLA Collective & Our Brands

  • IYLA Collective is a wellness-focused concept brand dedicated serving the delicate needs of mothers, children and families. At IYLA, we hope to create a safe and supportive space where parents can care for their children's skin as well as their own with a peace of mind.

  • Vivaiodays is our well-loved baby care brand, made in Greece. It is a certified organic brand that provides safe and comforting skincare for babies, and even newborns. Their range also includes products for healing baby eczema.

    TOOFRUIT is France's first certified organic skincare brand made specifically for kids aged 3-12. Their products are powered by dermatologically tested, fruit-based formulas that makes skincare safe, fun, and approachable for growing children.

    Saya Skin is a clean, organic beauty brand from Australia that harnesses the power of native botanicals and active ingredients to formulate functional, effective yet delicate products for different skin needs. Their products are made to cater to different skin types and are also safe for breastfeeding and pregnant mothers.

    We are the exclusive distributor for all 3 brands in the region.

  • We only source clean and effective products from trusted brands around the world. Vivaiodays is from Greece, Saya Skin is from Noosa, Australia and TOOFRUIT is from France.

  • Our products are available here on our online store, or you can visit us at our showroom for in-person purchases (on appointment-basis only). Kindly book your preferred time slot here.

  • We write comprehensive guides on products, skin concerns and ingredients here. If you can't find the information you're looking for, feel free to reach out for a chat with us at care@iylacollective.com. We will be happy to share advice as best as we can.

  • The Cosmos-Organic certification is the most stringent and heavily regulated ingredient system in the world that guarantees products are genuinely organic and produced in the sustainable ways. The entire product cycle from R&D to ingredients to the manufacturing facilities and even packaging materials, are closely audited.

    We want to avoid products labelled as 'organic' or 'natural' without guarantee, and so with the Cosmos-Organic label, it is assurance on the quality of the products.

    A non-exhaustive list of what the label guarantees includes environmentally friendly production and processing processes, responsible use of natural resources, respect of biodiversity, recyclable packaging and the absence of petrochemical ingredients and GMOs.

Shipping & Returns

  • We offer free local shipping on all orders over $100. A standard rate of $5 applies for orders above $100. Alternatively, you can opt for Click & Collect at our IYLA Workspace or make an appointment for walk-in purchases.

    We are located at 750C Chai Chee Rd, 04-07, Singapore 469003.
    Online Click & Collect: Tuesdays to Fridays, 10am-12pm & 2-5pm.

  • International shipping is available for selected countries. Kindly check the dropdown menu on the checkout page to find out if delivery to your country/region is supported. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details on costs, taxes and tracking.

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    Upon receiving the email indicating that your package is on the way, please allow for 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 2 business days for express shipping.

  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package.

    If you do not receive a tracking number, please drop us an email at care@iylacollective.com.

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to approval. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for the full criteria list.

  • If you cannot locate your package, please contact us at care@iylacollective.com with your order number. We will do our best to help locate your package or provide a solution.

    Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked as 'Successfully Delivered' by our courier partner.

  • On our online store, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
    In our IYLA Showroom, we accept credit cards, PayNow and LifeSG credits.

    Tip: You can also use your membership points to offset your order amount (100 IYLA Points = $1 off).

Orders

  • If a product has been damaged in transit, we can provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please reach out to us at care@iylacollective.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

  • Yes, our discount codes expire. If you have any questions about a particular discount code, please contact us at care@iylacollective.com.

  • Unfortunately, our discount codes are not stackable. Only one code can be used per order and it cannot be combined with other ongoing offers.

  • Please contact care@iylacollective.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to accede to your request if your package has yet to be dispatched.

  • If your order has yet to be dispatched, we can update your shipping address. Please contact care@iylacollective.com and share your updated address with us as soon as possible.
