We take great pride in curating high-quality beauty products and want you to love every purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care items, all return and exchange requests are subject to approval.
All requests are reviewed at our discretion, and we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
Return & Exchange Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
✅ Unopened, unused, and in original condition.
✅ Sealed in original packaging, with no signs of tampering.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
🚫 Change of mind purchases.
🚫 Opened or used products (including partially used items).
🚫 Items damaged due to mishandling after receiving.
🚫 Natural imperfections due to product formulation or packaging (e.g., minor scratches, slight color variations, or natural ingredient separation).
🚫 Items marked as less-than-perfect, non-returnable, or purchased with store credits/promotional codes
Important Notes
- Slight differences in color, texture, or scent due to natural ingredients or variations in digital screens are not considered defects.
- Minor packaging flaws (e.g., small scratches, or minor asymmetry) that do not affect product performance are not eligible for returns.
- For any concerns regarding defective or incorrect items received, please contact our support team at care@iylacollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
