Finding the right fragrance should feel personal.
To help you experience the scent before committing, all fragrance orders include a 2ml sample to try first, with the exception of La Tour Eiffel, which is not available in sample size.

How It Works

Your order will include a 2ml sample of the fragrance so you can experience the scent before opening the full-size bottle.

For Eau de Parfum (EDP) orders, you will receive a 2ml sample of the same scent.

For Eau de Toilette (EDT) orders:

• Petit Grain, Place des Vosges and Le Soleil will include a 2ml EDP sample of the same scent

• Jardin du Luxembourg and Giga Doux will include a 2ml EDT sample of the same scent

• La Tour Eiffel EDT is not available in 2ml sample size

When your order arrives, please try the 2ml sample first.

If you enjoy the fragrance, you may proceed to open and keep the full-size bottle.

If the scent is not suitable for you, you may return the full-size bottle, provided it remains sealed, unopened and unused.

Please send an email to care@iylacollective.com within 5 days of receiving your order (based on official delivery confirmation from J&T tracking- our courier partner). Use your Order Number as the email subject line.

Include the following details in your email:

• Order number
• Full name
• Contact number
• Tracking number/details of the return package

Returns will only be processed after we receive the returned fragrance.

Conditions

• The full-size bottle must remain sealed, unopened and unused
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
• Opened or used full-size bottles will not be accepted 

All returned items must be sent using trackable postage. We will not be responsible for any parcels or bottles lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
